Your account

Keep your sign-in details safe; you're responsible for what happens in your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Lumerry.

Your content

What you write in Lumerry is yours. You give us permission to store it and process it only so the app can work for you, for example to save it, show it on your devices, or answer an AI request you make.

Fair use

• Don't use Lumerry to break the law, harm others, or share content you don't have the right to share.
• Don't try to break, overload or get around the limits of the service.

We may suspend accounts that do these things.

AI answers

AI can make mistakes. Check important answers before you rely on them.

Free plan and Lumerry Pro

Lumerry is free to use. Lumerry Pro is an optional subscription ($6 a month or $50 a year, plus any tax) that removes the daily AI limit. It renews automatically until you cancel.

You can cancel anytime from "Manage subscription" in the app menu. Pro stays on until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. Payments are handled by Stripe. If something went wrong with a charge, write to hello@lumerry.app and we'll make it right.

If prices change, we'll tell you before your next renewal.

No warranty

Lumerry is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses from using it. Keep copies of anything critical.

Ending

You can stop using Lumerry at any time and ask us to delete your account. We'll give notice before shutting down the service.

Changes

If these terms change, we'll update the date above and tell you in the app for important changes.
