Lumerry is a workspace for your notes, tasks and plans. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. Questions: hello@lumerry.app.

What we collect

  • Account details: your email address, and your name and photo if you sign in with Google.
  • Your content: the pages, tasks, tables and files you create in Lumerry.
  • AI usage: how many AI actions you use each day, so free limits can work.
  • Payments: if you buy Lumerry Pro, Stripe processes the payment. We never see or store your card number; we keep your plan, its status and renewal date.
  • Settings on your device: things like dark mode and text size are kept in your browser.

How we use it

  • To run your workspace, keep it saved and show it only to you (and to people you share a page with).
  • To answer AI requests you make. The text you send to AI is processed by our own AI server, or by an AI provider when ours is busy, only to produce the answer.
  • To reply when you write to us.

We don't sell your data and we don't use your content for advertising.

Where it's stored

Your workspace is stored with our hosting and database providers, who keep it on secure servers. Reminders are browser notifications; we don't send you emails or texts about tasks.

Sharing

A page is public only if you publish it to the web. You can turn that off at any time.

Your choices

  • Delete anything in your workspace; items in Trash are deleted forever after 30 days.
  • Ask us to delete your account and all its data by writing to hello@lumerry.app.

Children

Lumerry isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app.
